Terms & Conditions
Effective January 1st, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of alpinemediaworx.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by 12808323 Canada Inc. operating as Alpine Mediaworx (“Alpine Mediaworx,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What We Do
We provide marketing services for mortgage and insurance professionals in Canada and the United States, which may include:
Paid advertising strategy and campaign management
Funnels/landing pages and tracking setup
Lead capture and routing into client systems
Reporting and optimization
Optional subscription services (e.g., CRM/automation tools, ongoing marketing support)
We are not a lender, mortgage brokerage, insurance carrier, or financial advisor, and we do not provide mortgages or insurance coverage.
2. No “Get Rich Quick” / No Earnings Claims
We do not offer an investment opportunity, “get rich quick” program, or any service promising fast or easy money. We do not guarantee income, revenue, profits, ROAS, ROI, or business results.
3. Results Vary / No Guarantees
Marketing results vary based on many factors (market conditions, budget, offer, creative, seasonality, platform approvals, competition, and your follow-up process). We do not guarantee:
A specific number of leads per day/week/month
Appointments, sales, revenue, conversion rates, ROAS, or ROI
4. Lead Delivery & “Qualified Lead” Definition
4.1 Lead Delivery
If your service includes lead delivery, leads may be delivered via:
CRM delivery (e.g., pushed into your CRM software via API)
Email notifications
Shared reporting/tracking sheet
Delivery timing varies. We do not guarantee daily volume.
4.2 What a “Qualified Lead” means
A “Qualified Lead” means the inquiry matches the campaign criteria agreed in writing at launch (examples):
Geography (Canada/US, province/state)
Product/service type selected (e.g., refinance, life insurance quote request)
Any basic filters you request that we confirm (e.g., income bracket, homeowner, etc.)
Qualification is based on the information submitted by the consumer and the campaign rules we agreed to.
5. Lead Replacement Policy
5.1 Replacement-eligible leads
We will replace a lead at no additional charge if it is:
A duplicate (same person submits more than once within your order period), or
Has invalid contact information (e.g., clearly fake/wrong phone number or email that prevents reasonable contact attempts).
5.2 Reporting window
You must report replacement requests within 7 calendar days of lead delivery, using the agreed reporting method (CRM note/status or shared sheet).
5.3 Not eligible for replacement
The following are not replacement-eligible:
Unresponsive leads / no answer
“Not interested,” “just browsing,” or shopping around
Lead changed their mind or isn’t ready
Criteria that were not included in the agreed campaign filters
Outcomes such as “no sale,” “no appointment,” or “low intent”
5.4 Abuse prevention
We may request basic proof (e.g., email bounce-back, disconnected number) to prevent misuse and keep pricing fair.
6. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment
Fees are agreed before service begins.
We typically invoice after onboarding/confirmation of scope.
Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise stated.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in pausing services and/or lead delivery.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 Lead orders
Because lead delivery involves service work and advertising-related costs, lead orders are non-refundable once delivered.
If a lead is replacement-eligible (duplicate or invalid contact info), we provide a replacement lead per Section 5 rather than a refund.
7.2 Subscription services
If you purchase subscription services (e.g., CRM access or ongoing management), you may cancel with written notice. Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement:
Service continues through the end of the current billing period
Fees already paid are non-refundable
We will not bill you for future periods after cancellation is processed
7.3 Charge disputes
If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact us first at info@alpinemediaworx.com so we can review delivery logs and provide eligible replacements (if applicable) before initiating a charge dispute.
8. Client Responsibilities (Compliance + Follow-Up)
You are responsible for:
Holding all required licenses/registrations for mortgage/insurance activities in your jurisdiction
Ensuring your ads, disclosures, and outreach comply with applicable laws and rules (e.g., CASL/TCPA where applicable)
Properly and promptly following up with leads (speed-to-lead impacts results)
We do not provide legal advice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and materials we provide (unless otherwise agreed) are owned by Alpine Mediaworx or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our materials without written permission.
10. Third-Party Services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Mediaworx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/revenue/data arising from your use of our Site or services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to services is limited to the amount you paid us in the [30/60/90] days prior to the event giving rise to the claim (choose one).
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
